U Never Go Back

We were celebrating my girlfriends 40^th birthday. We were all in different phases of our lives. Some had just had their first children, some had teenagers and some of us were facing divorces. Our futures were all different but we all came together to enjoy our BFF’s day.

We brought food and drink with a French theme that the birthday girl adored. It was a gorgeous summer day and we were at a borrowed cottage. We were on the lake and had a hot tub. Food, drink, great weather and warm water and celebrating a good friends birthday- it couldn’t get much better then that!

As the evening progressed and much wine had been drank we all decided to go skinny-dipping and then hang out in the hot tub. It must have been about 10pm when we heard a boat pull up to the dock.  We were all in our birthday suits in the hot tub and either had to do the mad dash naked in front of whomever was in the boat or sit tight and hope the hot tub bubbles kept us covered. We sat tight.

Being a 43-year-old woman, not much can throw me for a loop but when 3 of the hottest 20 something black guys walked up and I was in a hot tub naked well … let’s just say I was a bit floored.

All of us were like giggling young girls. The guys were looking for one of their friends and figured he was at the cottage when they saw the lights on. We weren’t sure what to do, we couldn’t get out of the tub naked. They guys didn’t seem eager to leave, so one thing led to another and we invited them into the hot tub with us!

It was such a laugh for us and for the guys, we ended up having a wild nite!  I think my girlfriend who turned 40 and was going through a divorce had one hell of a birthday!

We looked at the pictures of our fabulous nite and had to laugh.  The photos were very incriminating! We could never show anyone the photos, there were men’s gorgeous hands in most of the photos, even if it was a pic of the girls there was a beautiful brown hand somewhere in the photo!

I think the group of us had such a good nite, but alas, you can never go back!
