Man Eater
Who knew what the attraction was? He wasn’t particularly handsome, or clever. For goodness sake he didn’t even buy her a drink. I guess it was the booze talking. By closing time at our local watering hole our best friend was MIA. She is not a pretty drunk. We fanned out and searched the place. When we hit the handicapped bathroom we found her.
She was slightly disheveled, looked very nutty and above all else she looked guilty as hell. We will never really know what went on in that handicapped bathroom, but that undeserving man looked well kissed!

Best Damn Appletini
You need a juicer for this recipe but it is worth it!
- Juice one apple-preferably a granny smith
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- Ice
In a martini shaker shake all ingredients until very cold. Pour into a Martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Just taking time to do your nails should be a nice pampering experience. If you find yourself either alone or with a bunch of girlfriends and need something to do here are some suggestions. These are some of my go tos that keep me cheerful. Keep in mind these are things that my girlfriends and I have all done for a fun evening or for a raining day, they are a guide and you can tailor them to your tastes!
Get your favourite music and sing your heart out, dance but be careful not to dent or smudge your nails!
A few good magazines and a glass of wine, cup of tea or a latte.
